Your hosting covers keeping your website up to date. New photographs, changed opening hours, a new service, a price that's gone up, a member of staff who's left — send it over and our team will make the change for you.
There's nothing to pay and no need to learn any software. Tell us what you want and we'll do it.
What's covered each month
- Up to 10 photographs
- Up to about one A4 page of wording (roughly 500 words)
- Any number of small corrections — hours, prices, phone numbers, typos
That's a fair-use allowance rather than a hard cut-off — if you go over it now and then because you've had a busy month, we won't quibble. Bigger pieces of work, like adding whole new pages or reworking the design, we'll quote for first, and we'll never carry out chargeable work without agreeing it with you. See our terms.
To save going back and forth
The more specific you can be, the faster it's done. Tell us where on the site the change goes, and give us the exact wording you'd like if you have it — otherwise we'll write it for you and send it over to check.
Sending photographs
Straight off your phone is fine — you don't need to resize or crop anything, and we'd rather have them big than small. If ten photographs are too much for one email, send them across two, or use a free service like WeTransfer and send us the link. Landscape shots usually sit better on a website than portrait ones, but send what you have and we'll work with it.
Please only send photographs you took yourself or have permission to use. If there are people in them who aren't staff, make sure they're happy to appear on your website.
Something not working?
If your website is down, an email isn't arriving, or something's broken rather than out of date, that's a support matter rather than a change request — get in touch here and we'll look at it straight away.
